When It Rains It Stores!

That’s McCook Reservoir Stage 1 on the right, holding 3.5 billion gallons. In partnership with @mwrd, we’re mining Stage 2, which will hold another 6.5 billion gallons. The reservoir, which is one of the country’s largest public works projects for pollution and flood control, again played a vital role when record-setting rains recently hit the Chicago area.
